We took our Scout group to the escape rooms and they had the best time! We did all three rooms and all were brilliant. Sophie led my group and was very patient with us - gave help when needed but not too much so they could figure things out on their own. A great activity that was tailored across the age ranges so everyone could enjoy.
Last Sunday we did the "Escape the Castle" room. The organisation was good, the introduction very clear meaning we didn't waste time dismatling parts of the room unecessarily. Kathryn was an excellemt Gamesmaster just gently encouraging and nudging us as we went along to ensure we got the satisfaction of achieving the challenge and not being locked in the castle for eternity. There were four of us, a good number for this challenge and we all throughly enjoyed it with some really nice features we've not seen in other games.
Had an amazing time at this escape room (Crown Jewels)! A big thank you to Sophie, our host and guide, whose friendly and welcoming attitude made the experience even better. The room offered a great mix of puzzle types and plenty of variety, keeping everyone engaged from start to finish. The price point is the key differentiator compared to other options in Windsor; you get the right value for what you pay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, well-run escape room experience!
Phenomenal! Highly recommend. Special mention of Phoebe at Windsor branch, who facilitated my 9-y-o daughter's birthday party. She is AMAZING!!!! In the room with the kids (and an adult from the group), pacing the game precisely, pitching in with clues and subtle assistance only when needed. She balanced her game mastery expertly! Did the Curse of the Secret Chamber. Not scary. Interesting and challenging puzzles but completely do-able. Great venue, actually. The Cafe on site provided food - it was polished! And a really friendly environment. My daughter has been desperate to go to an escape room, but not many offer the experience for her age group (sub 12 years). Phoebe and Escape in 60 made her dream come true and has given her the BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY she's had to date!
Had a great time completing the "Escape The Castle" room. Phoebe was an excellent host. We were a group of 8, which is slightly over the recommended group size for the room. Even then, there was still enough space to move around and try different tasks in parallel. The challenges themselves were very well though out, fun, challenging and fit the theme quite well. Definitely one of the best escape room experiences. Highly recommend.
We did the Amber Room at Windsor Leisure Centre in February and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was definitely a challenging escape room (we've done several), but was great fun, even for the one of the party who had never done one before. Kathryn was a great host and just the right amount of clues and help was given. We did escape, with 6 minutes spare - quite proud as it is apparently quite a hard one! Would thoroughly recommend - I have done one of their other escape rooms a number of years ago and it was also very good - so definitely book and give it a go!
We returned for the third time with our three grandchildren, aged 14 to 22 to complete the Amber Room. As previously, we all had a great time, found it trickier than the previous two games, but with some helpful support from Kathryn, completed the game. We all enjoyed the challenge, and finding an event to accommodate the different ages is a challenge in itself, but Escape in 60 fits the bill. Thoroughly recommend it as a family favourite, Do visit!
We booked Escape in 60 Windsor for my sisters birthday. It was such a fun activity to do with the family! The rooms are definitely challenging which made it more exciting! Special thanks for Megan for making our experience even more enjoyable! Will definitely be back again with more family and friends! Would really recommend this place for anyone wanting to do an Escape room!
Booked as a family of four for a birthday activity. Kathryn greeted us as soon as we arrived, very friendly, personable and puts you straight at ease. After a quick explanation of the rules you get straight on with the game which was great fun, kept us all entertained and involved (an age range of 53 down to 13).The hour flew by and the the birthday treat hidden was a lovely touch. Photos taken and emailed to you at the end and amazingly at no extra charge. Will definitely return to do one of the other rooms. Thanks Kathryn we had a really great time.
We did the Escape the Castle tour with two (me and my son) We had an amazing experience and enjoyed it so much. Different clues to be solved which had a very good connection to the story of the missing necklace in the Castle. We had so much fun together that time flies, we almost wanted it to take another hour :) thanks to the hosts for this experience. Next time we visit the UK, we will definitely come back for another escape adventure.
