Shockingly poor service. No contact made unless they had lost paperwork or wanted more money. Had no sense of knowledge of file when I did speak to them. Totally dis-organised and at several points the information given to me was bordering on being untruthful, for example when I instructed them i inquired if a 4 week completion was possible. they said yes not a problem. When that date arrived and i made the point that they were behind they said it had never been possible to complete in 4 weeks! do NOT recommend.
