   So where do I start, this is the second time I been forwarded to have glover priest as my solicitors. My first purchase was great and smooth so you can imagine how thrilled we were knowing we got you guys again. Chloe has been nothing but amazing in this whole experience. The seller’s solicitors were unfortunately really slow with the pace we were hoping to complete things. Really really slow but Chloe was always on point. She chased, she answered all of our questions. She felt with us when we were frustrated. That’s all you can hope for. She was the reason why things were going so smooth for us. She tried her best to chase the solicitors which is what you always want when they are slow. Her customer service skills are outstanding and I hope for everyone who is forwarded to glover priest, has her as their case handler.    Anouska, Kerrie, and Gemma have been absolute superstars throughout our recent sale and purchase. From the moment we started working with them, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive—always quick to respond, clear in their communication, and genuinely committed to getting us through the process smoothly. We spoke to them almost every single day for three weeks (I’m sure they’re sick of hearing mine and my partner’s voices by now!), but they never once made us feel like a bother. Even when complications arose due to another (unnamed) conveyancer, they remained calm, professional, and proactive, keeping everything on track.    Ignored emails for weeks at a time was told by reception on 1 occasion that my solicitor would call me back one afternoon jyst to be told the next day bu a different receptionist that in fact my solicitor was on annual leave! Solicitor Sara masson was rude argumentative and seemed to be quite dlack all in all would never use again for a house move

   Katie Payne and her colleagues were helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns. It was my first time buying a home and she was with me every step of the way. When i found issues during the walk through, she negotiated on my behalf and was tough when needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! Katie was recommended to me by Lloyds Bank. I chose to go with a different bank at the end but kept her as she was great ! I would highly recommend Katie and Glover Priest solicitors as a whole. Thank you

   I would certainly recommend Glover priest solicitors. Katie and Sophie were professional, knowledgable, efficient. They were always available when I asked to speak to them with an update. They managed to get the purchase of my house to completion in 4 weeks. The fees were among the lowest on the list I received from the estate agent and the office is easy to find. I am really pleased with the service I have received. Easily 5 stars.

   I had gone online to search for a less costly conveyance to sort out my house purchase. Got several quotes and the one from Glover Priest Solicitor was among the fairly low cost ones so I gave them a call. In the beginning, I was not very pleased with the handling of things but things changed from the moment I started dealing with Katie until completion which did not last very long at all. She promptly responded to my emails and calls and spent time explaining stuff that I did not understand. I am really pleased with her assistance and how she dealt with the purchase process. I will therefore not hesitate to recommend Glover Priest Solicitor ( Katie) to anyone requiring a conveyance services in the future.
