Emma and Joanne were really helpful throughout the purchase of my property. They responded to emails with information I needed and answered any queries I had. I was missing some documents from the vendor and they chased them up and got them across to me before completion of the property. Approaching the end of completion, Emma was off but she made sure her colleagues were available if I needed them so that the completion of my sale could go through.
