We’ve had our 4.5 y/o son here for around 3 months now and he really enjoys the grappling and striking sessions. Big cred to the coaches that's very friendly, patient and helpful every time.
What an amazing gym and bunch of people. The coaches go above and beyond and the other gym members make you feel at home. Never a dull moment here. Would highly recommend anyone in the Leeds area to come to IMA for top class coaching and you will also have a laugh on the way!
Trained JiuJitzu for 2 and a bit years now and trained all over the UK and I can safely say this is one/ if not the best gyms I’ve been to. They offer great opportunities for BJJ, MMA or even just general self defence. Great gym, great people. 100% recommend.
