I would highly recommend Talbots should you be entering into the process of buying or selling a house. The most pleasing aspect was that both Gurdeep and Lucy were very approachable and professional, responding to all enquires in a very timely and efficient manner. I would certainly use them again!

Unbelievably terrible company if I could have put zero stars I would have but I had to give the 1 star to be able to give my review! From start to finish poor communication we did all the chasing and the attitude was poor there isn't one thing good I could say they lied they miss lead and gave false representation they did nothing I asked of them and then when I trued to make a complaint I get ignored I'm taking my case further as the say we have been treated is apouling jade amd Andrew was the 2 we had any kind of work with very lazy and careless
This was my 2nd experience with this branch and i should have learnt the first time! Poor communication, i did all the chasing, they rarely returned phonecalls , emails were passive aggressive. I was unhappy with the service i received and complained about a member of staffs incompetence , i had no apology and was still allocated this member of staff. The experience left me stressed and anxious. Terrible service, i was relieved when the job was eventually completed...
Absolutely flawless service from Sanjeev and Lisa. We didn't once have to chase an update, we were updated at all times via email or phone. We also had 2 help to buy ISA and these were dealt with without any issue, and the additional cost was very reasonable. We were first time buyers, I would highly recommend this company if you're looking to buy your first home!
My experience of the Halesowen branch could not be more different than the reviews I have seen on here. I use a number of law firms in and around Birmingham for work and personal affairs. Quality and timekeeping are very mixed... Then I found Talbot's. I can honestly say Talbot's have provided the best experience hands down. Sanjeev, Jennifer and John have looked after me very well. Timelines were consistently exceeded over multiple distinct pieces of work. Would recommend!
