   PERMANENTLY CLOSED - If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a booking at this address for 3pm today having previously seen all the positive reviews. If you haven't already booked then don't and if you have then I suggest trying to sort a refund and not wasting the time and money on travelling to the location. The location has shutters which you can see the logo through if you look carefully and looks completely abandoned with no responses. Two other groups were present as well with the same issue, all with booking confirmation emails. Am currently disputing the payment with my bank and will be leaving reviews everywhere I can as well as reporting this to trading standards.

   Had a lovely experience when we went today for my sisters birthday! Our game master was Emma and she was an absolute sweetheart. She made sure to take time to explain everything to us as it was our first time doing an escape room. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and enjoyed doing all the puzzles. Will for sure be coming back! :)

   I recently had the privilege of experiencing "The wizarding school," an immersive Harry Potter-themed escape room, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we stepped into the enchanted chamber, our group of 5 was transported into the wizarding world, tasked with unraveling the mysteries of Hogwarts. The room's attention to detail was impressive, with intricate set designs, authentic props, and clever nods to the beloved book series. The atmosphere was electric, with dimly lit candles, flickering lanterns, and an eerie soundtrack that perfectly captured the essence of the Harry Potter universe. The puzzles and challenges were expertly crafted, requiring collaboration, creativity, and a dash of magical thinking. We navigated through a series of cleverly designed trials, from deciphering ancient spells to outsmarting mischievous magical creatures. Each obstacle led us closer to our ultimate goal: escaping the clutches of the Dark Lord himself! The game masters, Daniel and Will, were exceptional, providing subtle hints and guidance when needed, while allowing us to revel in our triumphs and learn from our mistakes. The 60-minute time limit flew by, and before we knew it, we were standing outside, beaming with pride, having successfully escaped the wizard's lair! If you're a Harry Potter fan, an escape room enthusiast, or simply seeking a unique adventure, "The Wizard's Escape" is an absolute must-try. Gather your friends, don your wizarding robes, and get ready to embark on an unforgettable quest!    I honestly can't say anything negative or critical about this place. Very helpful and nice staff, beautiful interior. Best of all are the escape rooms themselves. We did both the Wizarding and Sherlock themed rooms. Both were fun, creative and overall just well designed. They even include some alternative ways of solving puzzles.

   We went to this breakout room especially for the wizards room. All in all the puzzles and clues were great, they included things from Harry Potter which is exactly what we needed, however, the experience fell short due to the electronics/functionality as we had completed certain things and wondered why the game wouldn’t continue, we only found out after asking for clues which lead the game master to realise that something hadn’t worked. This greatly affected the experience as we doubted the following functionality of puzzles leading to waste even more time. I hope this is addressed in future.

   My friends and I have had so much fun playing these escape rooms! We have done 5 of them now, and we plan to do the final two, as well. Butcher’s Lair and Wizarding School were by far my favorite so far. The staff are all so kind and the rooms have some really cool designs and features to them. Definitely recommend. Shout out and gratitude to Noel, Brian, Ed, and Gia for helping us out today, you rock!

   We did the Flying Dutchman room as our first experience of doing an escape room as a 2 (we have previously done them in larger groups). It was challenging enough that we did need some clues but the staff encouraged us to ask for help when needed. This is much better than escape rooms where you have time taken off for asking for help. The mechanics of the room were very well thought through and there were some unique features that we hadn’t encountered in escape rooms before. I would definitely come back to try some of the other rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful both before and during the experience.

   We had the BEST time here!! I won't say too much as it'll spoil the experience for others. We did the wizard room and we had so much fun. Lots of surprises. We did have to ask for help but it still kept the mystery of it all. Our other group did the ship room and they said it was awesome! Staff are great as well. Really warm welcome. Will definitely be heading back to try the other rooms.

   Loved the escape room. Was so much fun doing the Butchers Liar, it was inspired in some details of Silence of the Lambs. We were just two but still so much worth it! We didn't finish on time but they allowed us to do the final clues to finish the game. Will definitely return for the other rooms!
