    This company is in no hurry to rush you out of your scan. My baby is always scan shy and even though I would have been happy with what I got, the Sonographer sent me out walking for 15 minutes to a shop and got me back in to see if we could get better pictures. I had so many sent to me!!! The lady on reception was also lovely and so friendly. Highly recommend!

    The team at Ultrasound Direct Chester are absolutely fantastic. I’ve had several scans and blood tests there (and at their Liverpool clinic), and on every visit the staff have been consistently caring, professional, and reassuring. Results from both scans and blood tests are always returned quickly, which gives great peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend their services.

    Amazing experience with this company. Booked for a morning scan and due to baby being shy couldn’t get the images we wanted for the 4D scan. They offered us to come back 3 times that day, which we did but again due to baby being uncooperative they couldn’t get good photos. They offered a rescan for a few days later and we now have some amazing photos!! So thankful that they were able to offer the rescans at no extra cost, and the team were lovely. Would highly recommend as they will try their best to get the photos for you!
