   I’ve trained at many other clubs over the years and this one is by far the best. It’s a really welcoming group with excellent instructors who know their stuff and support you every step of the way regardless of skill level. There are no egos, no nonsense just solid, practical self defence training that actually works. Every class challenges you in a good way and gets you thinking. You’ll get fitter, more confident, learn valuable skills, and meet a great bunch of people along the way.

   Training to keep alive is best to start with. So basically I had no idea what Krav Maga was so last January I decided to go investigate…it was after the passing of my mum the year before and I just have lost myself. Lots of professionals, friends, family, work colleagues have tried to help me but failed. I feel like I belong here in this class every time I attend. However the grief stays when I am not at class. I feel the class is not just a training session but a way to keep alive literally (aka real life defence skills mixed with fitness) and for me mentally. We have excellent instructors who keeps us focused and helps us in learning the techniques. The people who attend our class are all very much helpful, polite and caring towards others. I look forward to improving and keeping on learning the various techniques of Krav Maga to keep me alive personally. Thank you to all my Krav Maga family.

   In my opinion one of the best places to train self defence system Krav Maga in UK System which was designed specifically to be universal and suitable for man and women regardless of age and fitness level. Both instructors Adrian and Thomas are very professional but friendly and approachable ,the way how they teach enable your efficient progress in otherwise difficult art of self defence . I highly recommend to everyone United Krav Maga Wakefield as the place to improve your fitness/stamina and gain higher level of self confidence in possible /common but unpredictable sometimes nasty situations.

   When you don't know what to do with your life, you're stuck in one place, you have too much free time, you want to take care of your health, improve your condition and well-being, meet new people, you've come to the right place. Krav Maga training is not only learning effective self-defense, other benefits (mentioned in the introduction) from it can really change your life. It is hard not to mention the instructors who are always there to help, dispel any doubts about the techniques performed, and above all, what cannot be denied to them is passion and commitment. What more can I add, there is sweat, fatigue sometimes reaches its zenith, but training in such a good atmosphere and the company of so many different people gives even more motivation to act. I RECOMMEND, it's worth coming and trying, the first step counts.

   Krav Maga is not a martial art, but a self-defense art. So if you want to learn it or have nothing to do with your free time, come and try it. You do not need a mega-condition, just a will. If you feel shy, go alone, take your brother, friend, wife. The atmosphere is family here, so you will feel at home here. Under the control of amazing trainers who will try to pass you their knowledge about self-defense. This school will organize camps and training, so it's worth coming here and trying.
