   If you're interested in grappling then this is the place for you. There aren't many dedicated wrestling clubs in the country, let alone catch wrestling. This club is a rare gem! The catch wrestling is particularly useful as it teaches wrestling techniques with submissions, chokes and joint locks. I already train in BJJ, but this grappling art takes things to another level. The freestyle wrestling has improved my standup game tremendously. I honestly can't recommend this club enough. Vic is a great instructor, who's good with adults as well as kids. After joining myself, I started taking my son to the kids class and I have only seen his confidence grow week in week out. Two of my nephews have also joined since then. For anyone new to grappling or those already involved in grappling/MMA, THIS is the place for you! Thank you Cobra Wrestling Academy.

   Kids have done ( Thai Boxing / BJJ ) but without doubt Wrestling is a different level , both boys are enjoying their wrestling more than the previous 2 and developing strength and discipline the Coaching is excellent , would recommend to all parents looking to get their kids into a sport for strength and discipline

   These are the best instructional, innovative, technical and safe classes I have ever taken. I personally have decades of experience in Martial Arts. Including Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and Freestyle Wrestling. After living in the US for 20 years. And training or teaching at some of the best gyms there. (UFC Gym Astoria, Kings MMA, NYAC, Gleason's Boxing Gym, Church St Boxing The Wat NYC) Catch Wrestling is a very effective and realistic self defence system. That was developed in the North of England. Even with my knowledge and experience, I find the classes extremely insightful and educational. And learn so much especially with Vic’s attention to detail and patience with every participant. Whether you are a beginner or advanced these classes will supplement your training, and also are not dependent on your fitness level. So give them a try!

   Great place to train grappling and catch wrestling, the coach really knows his stuff and pays close attention when it comes to technique. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in grappling and especially for those wanting to learn about and train catch wrestling in particular.
