The instructor, Miss Smith 5th Dan has competed internationally for the England ITF team and is an internationally qualified instructor. A great school and a great martial art to build fitness, confidence and discipline.

Expertly run, wonderfully welcoming and inclusive training that I've looked forward to every Wednesday since I started training years ago. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to try martial arts, whether you're a total beginner, or if you have previous experience.
Fantastic school. Miss Smith is a 5th Dan black belt international instructor who is also an extremely experienced world champion competitor with the England ITF team. Fun lessons and a really balanced martial art (fitness, competition, self-defence, patterns, sparring etc.). A really friendly group too I really enjoy the training.
