Love attending Helen’s dance classes. Took me a while to find the right adult class in York for me which was both the right level and a lovely group of people. These classes were perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Such a lovely group of ladies, really welcoming and I love the style and choreography of Helen’s classes. Would highly recommend.
Helen’s adult classes are excellent. Her choreography and energy are inspiring and she has a gift of getting us through some quite complex routines which is really confidence boosting. There is something for everyone and it works. We have so much fun and there is never any pressure. The classes are a highlight of my week!
