   I have been playing at goals for over 10 years but last 6-12 months the service has dropped massively. They are locking gates and asking for payments up front. Yesterday we paid the amount on the APP £4.50 per person for 5 aside and was told an £18 balance was outstanding. The app was wrong yet the lady at the desk said thats never happened and was trying to say tough luck and not give us our game time. We paid the £18 difference even though it was a mistake on goals app but no apology or goodwill for making it out we haven’t paid. We pay and play twice a week so to lock a gate and ask for payment before we can play is horrendous the management really need to consider how they are treating their customers

   Attended for a weekly, privately run over 50s dance class. Easy car parking outside, clean venue, well kept toilets, vending machines selling drinks and snacks in reception. Dance studio was a bit hot in summer and could do with AC, but it serves it's purpose.

   Amazing visit to Goals Bradford just recently and had a fabulous experience. Rach the Manager is a breath of fresh air, friendly and helpful. The staff seem to follow suit and I would definitely recommend a visit! I’ll be back!

   Full size pitch has seen better days, no corner flags and low wires as well are a pain. People on reception a bit clueless. One of my least favoutite venues. All a bit tired looking.

   I Have been going here for over 10 years and the service is second to none. The team have always been accommodating and always friendly. Stacey especially was the best and now recently Ben since Stacey left has maintained those excellent standards. I would highly recommend it. Also the 8 a side pitch is perfect for us and the surface is accommodating to those with bad knees or back ache! See you on Monday!
