Staff at the pool is fine and I value their input, however I have every month issues with the company charging direct debit for one child and failing for the second followed by the strassfull calls from the incompetent office staff. Despite contacting bank, who confirmed there is no issu on their part the company fails every month and instead solving the issue on their side blackmailing me with late charges. Very disappointed still customer
