   They were very good with helping our 2 year-old get over her fear of water, and the staff seem to care about the kids. With the quick lesson turnaround it's extremely difficult to speak to the teachers about progress. Lastly, the car park is £1 an hour or you have to park on a busy main road. £1 an hour doesn't seem much, but it adds up to the cost for a month of lessons over a year! It would be much better if there was a parking validation system.

   BE WARNED! Once you leave they will keep taking your Money. I have called them again and again for the last 4 months and left messages no response. I paid initially for 1 Month on 2nd February by card £72, Left as there was no personal touch. After a month of going, I found it completely unsatisfactory. I tried to call but no one answered. I did not realise that they had set up a direct debit under the name GoCardless they kept taking money for my account each month Cancelled this direct debit and they then took my card information and entered it manually still started taking money out my account. I have phoned the bank's antifraud division, but they can only help me so much. £212 is a lot money that has been taking from us since March, I am very dissatisfied with the service.

   No personal touch. Sent her a welcom pack 3 months after she had stoped going. Kept taking money out of our account without our permission and are never avaliable to talk to. No idea who is in charge . Googel has listed there website as unsafe. Do not know what to do very sad about the whole thing.

   Excellent facility and teaching staff also excellent. Snacks and ice cream are very expensive though and it is easier and faster to park on the street as machine for paying for parking very slow.

   A fantastic brand new facility! My son had his first swimming lesson there yesterday and loved it. It has only been open for 2 weeks so there are bound to be a few minor teething problems. (Referencing the other review) Parking is 50p for 30mins / £1 per hour which I think is fine for the town. If it was free parking it would be abused.
