Been in multiple times about bullying of my daughters and not really got any help considering moving them both. On one occasion I was verbally abused by some of the children has i was leaving the reception area βThe bullyβ and I phoned the school and told them about it and suggested they check there Cctv cameras. They said they would be back in touch with me and to this day never have. Staff seem happy to just sit about gossiping in reception and not helping when you go in to complain itβs all face pulling n yes we will deal with it and nothing gets done.no wonder a lot of teacherβs have left has of lately.

Honestly, this school is the best in Mansfield and probably the best in Nottinghamshire (excluding the private rich snobs) In my opinion it can't be much better except maybe they could invest in an ice-cream machine. That would great.

I am now beginning to understand such poor reviews, my children attend there and they've been bullied ,given insufficient support and now awaiting a meeting to see what support they are willing to give before looking into other schools if needed. Not a happy parent!

Whilst I was there, within the first two years it wasn't that bad. The teachers seemed to just let the students have fun (not during lessons of course) and the experience of going in to another day wasn't daunting because you knew you would at least be with friends -to this day, the friends I made here are still my best friends. It all changed with a shift in management though and that's when it began to feel more like a prison. I remember having to walk in straight, single-file lines in a class of about 20 across the grounds because of one powerful teacher's personal preference. I remember being told that we couldn't have our phones out (even in breaks or dinners) and if seen with a phone then it would be confiscated for the day until your parents came for it (by the way this didn't stop people taking their phones out, it just made them better at hiding them). Lastly, I remember cheering like I won the lottery on the final day when that last bell rang to say we could leave this place behind like a bad nightmare. This school needs to stop trying to please ofsted and start looking at how they can make going there more enjoyable. P.S: Sorry for any spelling or grammar errors, but what can I say, I did English here

NO STARS if I could! bad school, Ofsted seems okay but I pulled my child out of this school and moved him somewhere else, being bullied 24/7 and staff didn't care they did nothing about it, terrible!
