I called and the guy over the phone said cash only. I didn't have cash on me, and I was willing to withdraw money at an ATM near my destination, but the guy refused to send a driver unless I promised to have cash before I boarded. There was no ATM at my pickup location and so the rude bloke hung up on me.
Do not use this taxi! They are robbers! Just tried to charge me 28£ for - 2.7 mile journey that’s costs £12!! Asked me for pre payment and my card details!!!! All because my accent is not local! What a scam !!! The lady is a thief
I recently saw Taxi Birmingham Ltd and was quite impressed. The site was fast and simple. I got the confirmation right away and even a message saying that the driver was en route. The drivers were very efficient, assisted with our luggage and were very courteous. The car was clean, comfortable,air-coned and there was an atmosphere in the car. Their prices are clear, no extras are hidden. I particularly like the fact the company offers no lows and overnight travel. This prevents surprises when it comes to the price. The trip was easy and peaceful. Will be using the service again!!
If you know what is good for you avoid this taxi company, there customer service is a flop to start with and they are not responsible.
