   W had good confirmation of both trips following booking on the App.to the airport and return. Driver on the outward leg gave good advice to arrange return from International rail station as its an easier pickup with no parking charges. Both drivers were very friendly, on time and very courteous. All round a great experience and will certainly be booking again.

   Amazing sums it up. A seamless experience! I received a WhatsApp confirmation with all the relevant details, I could track the drivers progress on his way to me and I could even call him if I wished. A testament to modern technology but truly great customer service. Good communication is key and this was the best taxi experience I've had. Friendly (important) and careful (very important) driver in his Toyota. 5 stars aren't enough!

However I received a phone call last night from Cameron confirming my booking.Imran arrived in good time, transported us to the airport no problem. Very smooth ride. Clean comfortable car. Furthermore, they were both polite and courteous, and the taxi were extremely clean too. I have advised family, friends and neighbours to use the services of Lets ride taxi's.    Booked the taxi on their App. Easy to use. Had a courtesy call 20 mins before to confirm that taxi will be on time. Nice clean car and a very polite driver. Arrived 5 mins later than expected but not a big deal. Compared to my usual taxi company which I’ve been using for a number of years has gone downhill. Let’s ride service was fantastic. Hope they can keep this kind of service consistent.

   My father is no longer able to drive so I booked a taxi for him and my disabled mother to see how they got on as the world of taxis is not one they are used to. After looking at several companies I came across LetsRide I cannot fault LetsRide for their service. The driver was prompt, polite, very helpful and I was kept updated at all times by text message. My Dad enjoyed the experience and has taken cards for all his neighbours where they live. We will not hesitate to use you again and you deserve to be so successful in your business Thank you for looking after Mum and Dad so well

   I have been using this company for a few months now and they have been excellent. The cars are always clean and the drivers are very friendly. With the app you can clearly see how far away your taxi is. Lee in the office is always helpful with any questions. Fares are reasonable too. 5 stars!

   Communications were excellent from start to finish. Even spotted my schoolboy error when ordering our collection from the airport [wrong day specified]! Collected from home on time and delivered safely to the airport – superb. The collection from Birmingham Airport just after midnight, however, was in a class of its own. The driver [sorry ID 4 for forgetting your name] was the best driver we’ve experienced and in a class of their own. Chauffeur level service without a doubt. Polite, helpful and caring and just what was needed after a day split between bus transfers and airports.
