   Booked cab on line 22/3/23 for 8.15a.m pick up on 23/3/23. Website easy to use. No cab arrived at booked time, telephoned at 8.30 and was told heavy traffic but cab on way. Eventually told car reg etc ie silver Toyota KF14UW would be my cab. It failed to arrive and txt recd saying cancelled as unable to find, no telephone call recd from driver even though he had number, also I believe I saw vehicle! Had to Rebook and wait, 2nd car arrived but my medical appointment time had already past but as clinic allow 30 minutes grace we went. His reg NJ16OS, he got me there on time and I would recommend him. It was a sad stressful experience which was a shame as I have had very good experiences with a2b in the past

   Pre Ordered a taxi the night before. After waiting for ten minutes I called them and was told it would be another 20mins. Made me 30mins late for work will never use them again .

   This company is a radio taxis. I use it often They are reliable, easy to access and cars are clean. Prices competitive- Cash and cards and other ways Drivers have always been polite excellent careful driving and conformed to the Highway Code M recent journeys involved hospital visits and all trips were characterised by drivers who proactively help with my mobility needs. I recommend them without reservation The company is in Solihull and Birmingham
