   sent an email enquiry didn't receive the courtesy of a response. Phoned the company who informed me they are no longer doing any taxi work, only local authority work. I highlighted there was nothing on their website stating this and they said the website is due to be updated !! Very dismissive & unhelpful.

   Taurus have been transporting my son to and from college for just over a year now. He feels safe with them and has a regular driver with whom we, as parents, feel confident. Pleasingly, drivers are DBS checked which offers us reassurance as parents of a child with additional needs. The lady in the office (Ann) is superbly friendly and it feels that nothing is too much for her when we to ask for last minute changes due to the college changing timetables. We're that happy with Taurus that we are now hoping to use them for transport to/from work also. The fact that they are contract only means that we have the safe knowledge that they won't bump our regular trip for something "better". We've only had two late taxis in the whole time we've been using them and those were due to traffic conditions but this was communicated with us. Overall - very satisfied.

   Absolutely love this company very very well nice people I go on a bus from this company and I have 3 lovely people who actually go on there with me and more kids I have a lovely driver called Adam he’s a very friendly lad and we get on with each other I have a TA/PA called Ann she’s a nice lady who usually is the TA/PA if the original normal TA/PA is of sick or on another route and the normal TA /PA who is normally on the bus helping and looking after kids and people and obviously me called Karen we get on together to and I like to talk to all the TA/PA and Adam the driver to my new TA on the bus is a lady called Wendy she is a wonderful lady she is very chatty And loves a laugh so I love Taurus taxis company and everyone who I know like Adam Ann and Karen I think they do a brilliant bus line that I go on and I love the company to and like to rate the company itself 20 out of 20 You do a brilliant job and I love it
