Absolutely disgusting always use this company but refused to.pick us up never again, loyalty means nothing to this Company
I had a lovely ride with Richard on Monday. He picked me up at exactly the right time and politly assisted me with my suitcase. We had a lovely conversation and he eased my mind on my way to my test. Which I passed!
Very good drivers both ways but left my wallet on my way home phone the taxi company and the wallet was delivered back to me with in 10 minutes thank you very much
Book a 5am pickup so I could cache a train they didn't pick me up miss my train
Unprofessional, keep customers waiting ages. Drivers are friendly but was told that only one person works in office at any one time hence the times I've rang and no one has picked up the phone. The powers that be seriously need to employ more staff and drivers.
I pre-booked a taxi 15hrs prior to needing one. It was to take me to heartlands hospital for an operation at 10.00am the taxi was booked for 8.15am but never showed. At 9.00am they phoned me to say the taxi was on its way. I told them not to bother as I was driving myself there. I made it with five minutes to spare. Had I waited I would have missed my appointment. No need to say I won't be booking with them again. I was a new customer what a way to be treated.
I use this taxi company on a regular basis and I have never had a bad experience with them! The lady on the operator is nice and polite and the drivers (especially Tom) are great to talk to, friendly, and always do their best to get to me on time and make school runs a breeze! I would definitely recommend 1st Choice taxis!
