   We highly recommend a2b taxis. We used them recently for an airport transfer and were really impressed. The original booking was made over the phone but was confirmed by text message so we had a reference. Our collection time was 3:30am which made us slightly nervous but we needn’t have been. We received a text message to let us know our car had been dispatched and our lovely driver Naz (driver 49) collected us promptly. We were slightly delayed on our way home but received a text message when we landed to say the car had been dispatched with a link to track and another text message from Naz to say to call him when we’d collected our luggage. He pulled up as soon as we came outside the airport. An excellent service all round. We’ll definitely use again.

   Really disappointed that you cannot make pre bookings today for collections from Birmingham. Industrial action is in place, freezing temperatures and people's safety and reassurance is a priority. Expected to just call up when you want a taxi is unacceptable. There is no guarantee off a taxi or getting home. When you need a taxi the most. They can't help.

   Nas picked us up for our family holiday, arrived on time, avoided the traffic jam on the motorway, so we could get to the airport on time. Pick up was at 3.00am arrived on time very impressed, very friendly. Our son left his ear pods in the back of the mini bus, he bought them back to us the next day. Highly recommend this company very reliable ❤️❤️

   Me and my family used A2B for a return journey to the airport. The outward journey was smooth with the driver (Steven) bang on time, sensible driving, with great customer service skills including helping with the heavy luggage. The return journey was equally as good, especially as the driver contacted me twice before arriving, and again had excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Both drivers were very sensible, and very careful on the roads. Hats off to Simon, Ali and their team.

   Me and my partner used this taxi firm tonight. We have used them more than once infact, but tonight we was picked up by a wonderful man called Haych! This man is an absolute credit to A2B! It’s the second time we have been picked up by him and tonight he was amazing! He was extremely kind when my partner wasn’t very well, he was waiting so patient whilst McDonald’s was taking forever! Not only that he was so patient and humble to not only me but my partner to, we need more men like him in this world. Thank you for the incredible service you provided tonight. I won’t go with any other taxi firm other than A2B! Absolutely Brillaint company, and a spectacular diver Haych is. Thank you!
