   I can't praise the Mr Taxi service highly enough. Neil and Jason have taken my mother to and fro for dialysis treatment three days a week for almost four years and they are always completely reliable, cheerful and honest. I would definitely recommend this service.

   I can’t recommend Mr Taxi highly enough. Mr taxi has picked up and dropped my dad off at dialysis 3 times a week for the last 3 months without so much as glitch. Neil has provided the service with total reliability and with professionalism, dignity and respect despite my dads dementia. Mr Taxi was recommended to me and I can see why, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service, you won’t be disappointed.

   Supurb service for man in distress.I had been waiting for my wife to pick me up after dropping my car off for a body repair in Lakeside,Redditch.I had been waiting half an hour and couldn't contact her because I'd forgotten my phone. I then decided to walk home to Oakenshaw in Redditch,thinking my wife was unable to find the garage in the complex industrial estate. I kept walking round in circles and then it started to rain and I was completely lost. I'm elderly and was getting more and more distressed. I then saw a parked taxi with Mr Taxi printed on the door. I approached the driver and asked if he could take me home. He said yes and we set off. I explained the situation as the rain started pouring down. I was so grateful to be rescued. He was very concerned and was even reluctant to take payment. What a kind gentleman. He may have thought I had dementia and it was his good deed for the day. When I got home I rang my wife who had been desperately searching the streets for me in her car. We were both very relieved and grateful to Mr Taxi. I shall definitely phone Mr Taxi when we next need a lift. Thank you.
