   Booked an airport transfer to BHX from Redditch on the 23rd April 2023 at 4:30 in the morning. Phoned 2 days prior to remind. Taxi did not turn up on the day. Phone calls to the company were not answer. We had to drive our car to the airport and paid £167 for the parking to avoid missing the flight. Company did not apologise and did not owe up to any responsibility. Do not use them.

   They were the most hepfull and considerate taxi service. I was at my wits end about my son and grandson who were at worcster hosp with no way home, Ian the driver waited and waited and kept in touch with me. My son and grandson did get home via a another taxi but i am so so gratefull to Ian and all at ABC Taxi.s. THANKYOU

   Normally goes ok , had a few drivers who have been rude or told us to fit all 4 in the back of a normal car.( 2 kids to adults ) Had a few near crashes some fault of our driver.some of others Never had.tok much drama

   I used ABC taxi's for an airport run, the driver turned up on time and was brilliant, he not only packed the car for my clients he also offered some packing help with a bit of machinery! got them to Gatwick with plenty of time to spare. I would definitely recommend ABC taxis thank you.

   The driver was polite and on time . The car was clean and I was made to feel comfortable by the driver. They helped me with my bags and didn't expect more for the privilege. I would recommend them every time . Keep up the good work lads 10/10
