honestly don't even know how to express how negatively I feel about this school, they only care about grades and handle anything serious outside of that TERRIBLY. I won't go into the many different events that happened during my entire time there because that would take forever, but I spent my last year at school feeling genuinely unsafe on school grounds. Students who bully and harrass others (even those who ASSAULT) never face any real consequences for their actions. Save for a few kind teachers, I can't think of a single redeeming quality. Being here felt like being in prison.

The only thing this school actually cares about it grades.. the concern for students is minimal. With every school, there’s going to be teachers who are unpleasant to be around, but some of the staff here are just plain rude, especially the higher staff. There is no regard for students here unless you are an absolute model student, and if you don’t fit that exactly, then you are not the priority! In fact, the students are barely ever the priority, and this is supposed to be Rotherham’s best school!

The school seems to be top notch and the tutoring adequate for my child. My only one complaint is that if a class is kept behind I, as a parent, would like to see a report written by the teacher detaining the class as to the reason for the detainment. My daughter is an A grade student in top forms and as such I would like any information as to why I am waiting extra time outside school. This is a health and safety risk as I am not informed if my daughter has left the building or not! This could cause a possible abduction to be missed and as an emergency frontline person this is a very worrying state of affairs. This Health and Safety gripe is my only concern.

it's a really bad school the grades might look good on paper but all the school cares about are the grades your getting and its own reputation not about the kids with a very small exception the help with anything is little to none unless your in the top set and even then very little and the dress codes are too strict in my opinion kids should be allowed to express themselves in whatever why they want and if that be in hair colours or styles or even the makeup that they wear it should be allowed one final thing the help and support for mental health is appalling and they only step in once things have gotten too far for people to make a proper recovery. over all I would not recommend this school to anyone please if your considering it find somewhere else.
