   We used Airport Transfers Direct for a recent return trip from Birmingham Airport. Initial contact with Darren was quick easy and straightforward with a great quote for the trip. Message from the driver the night before to confirm the trip and likewise for the return journey. For both trips the drivers were on time, polite, courteous and safe drivers. Overall a really great service that I would highly recommend.

   I have been using Airport Transfers Direct for several years, and can honestly say they provide the best service. All drivers have arrived on time, either for the journey to the airport or for the pickup from the airport. I have found them to be professional and courteous, and a pleasure to talk to. The cars have always been clean, newer model vehicles in excellent condition. In the course of my business travels I have tried several chauffer companies from several airports in the UK. Airport Transfers Direct provides the best service of all of them, both in terms of price and customer service. I could not rate them more highly.
