My 92 year old mother is taken from Lichfield to Dudley on a regular basis by this taxi firm . They charge a fair price and take care of my mother wonderfully . Today they made sure she stayed in the warm until they arrived and helped her in with the seat belt . She loves to travel with this driver who smiles and listens every time . Amazing family run business. I WhatsApped to book. From my first message to a confirmation of booking took 3 minutes. The driver helped me with my bags he knew I was going by train and had checked and told me my train was slightly delayed. At the station he showed me where the stairs were to get to the correct platform. The car was amazingly clean and fresh and the driver was chatty and kind but not intrusive.
