   Tried to use their WhatsApp number as the website was revised by a toddler with crayons. Got a response telling me I was booked. Messaged again nearer to my booking for an update and was ignored on three counts. This company parades as City Cars on Google search results to get business. Fraudulent, deceptive and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

   Just following up on this I still haven’t been refunded the additional airport car park expense. I would not recommend using these guys at all. After spending some time selecting these guys for a 5am pick up to the airport, in the morning they didn’t show up. No phone call or any communications. After several attempts of phoning the call was finally answered. They has subcontracted the job out to another company.We was left with driving our own car and picking up a £220 bill after being told I would be reimbursed. Whatever you do do t use these guys they are completely incompetent! A waste of time……. As you can see the response I got. I thought the idea of reviews is to let people know what service and experience you received! My comments are factually correct. The stress this caused my family as a result of them not turning up when you are catching a flight is not acceptable. They didn’t tell me they were subcontracting the job out in the first place, otherwise I wouldn’t have used them. Either way let’s see if they are cover the cost of the airport parking and I will amend my comments.

   Booked taxes for eight people last night to be collected from a wedding reception. I messaged to see if we could be collected early as the children had had enough. They were very busy so subcontracted two taxis to collect us. Amazing service highly recommended from us. If back in Lichfield as some point will definitely use them again.

   40 minutes late, as they had booked my taxi on the wrong day. Not very responsive over the phone either (I had to ring three times to get through to someone). I won't use this company again.

   I prebooked a taxi yesterday for my work today, do that I am on time, as it is a time charge work, I was waiting outside for 30mins and finally they told me that it would be 40mins late on top. Of course I am late at work now. So dissapointed.

   Booked a taxi lastnight to get home and was left waiting for over an hour in the freezing cold, rang after half an hour and they said a taxi would be on its way as they was running behind, another half an hour passed and they still hadn't arrived so rang them again and said we won't be paying double as we booked before midnight, the guy on the phone said he'd wave the charge and take us for free due to the experience we'd had. We was then picked up by a taxi on alphas behalf, the taxi driver was from 247 in Walsall and it said on the job on behalf of AlphaTaxis who wanted to charge 7.50, rang back Alpha and he said we was in the wrong taxi yet the taxi driver told us and showed us he'd been sent on behalf of Alpha because the amount of jobs was to much to handle. I'm not happy with the experienceand won't be using this service ever again, it tarnished what was a good night. Even more angry that was promised a waved fare and got charged anyway.
