   Pre-booked a taxi (with around 24 hours notice) 5 minutes before it was due to arrive on the morning, I happened to check my emails. I had an email said my booking had been cancelled! I called up and the rude man on the phone with his unapologetic, deadpan voice said “yeah we don’t have any taxis in the area” (even though they are based 2 minutes down the road from where we were). Absolutely the worst excuse, if a taxi is pre booked, you make sure there’s a taxi in the area. The guy couldn’t care less. Wouldn’t have even had a clue if I hadn’t looked at my emails. Awful awful awful.

   The driver saved my life by collecting me when stranded in Reditch. He was a happy and easy going driver and funny to talk too. I recommend that you use his taxi service. Don’t bother with any other taxi company, trust me when I say this taxi company is the number 1. AAA +++

   Booked taxi at 5pm for pickup at 10pm. Didn’t turn up. Called them, said they’d by there in ten mins. Didn’t arrive. Called them and they said they couldn’t pick up!! Left stranded!!! No apology. They tried to call back from a different number, did not leave a message and did not tell us when we booked that they did not cover our area. When we called at 10pm we offered to pay more money but they would not help. Lucky we used another firm who were excellent

   Really good service. Great telephone manner, prompt and friendly drivers. Can't do enough for you, Goldy took us for an airport run, turned up on time, really friendly and made us feel comfortable, he helped us with our luggage. Also excellent price, cheapest Quote we received and had availability for drop off and return.
