   Our experience with Talbots was excellent from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly seamless, and we were kept fully updated throughout. Sean Knight’s professionalism and clarity made all the difference.    My husband and I regrettably give their services a one star. We were recommended Talbots Law through William H Brown Ipswich East for purchasing a property and we were met with poor competence and management. Firstly, incompetence. We flagged up an error in a document with the page number, to which the response was 'can you tell us where is the mistake?', to which I had to screen shot and circle on the page number which was mentioned. Secondly, the online Home Conveyancing Survey platform told us that we had everything in order and good to go. We had to hear from our developers that their solicitors said we had missing documents. Thirdly, we don't mind the delays but please do it properly. At the very least we made the purchase so that's the very minimum we could hope for. We hope things improve and change for the better. We had heard our neighbours had difficulty with Talbots Law as well so that wasn't very encouraging.

   They indirectly paid for our use of their service in the form of a recommendation from our estate agent in return for a kickback. Progress painfully slow so far. If your trainee conveyancing executives cannot keep up with their workload, stop paying for more work - your reputation will suffer as a result. We have contacted the estate agent about our experience on their recommendation already. I will update this review with details after we complete - we hope there is an improvement.

   I highly recommend Talbots law. Communication was good, they kept me updated and was quick to answer any questions I had. I struggled with the delays from the Builders and just when I was losing hope, Ayesha and Sabrina reassured me that they were doing all they could. They came through for me and I am so grateful and happy.
