Had only positive experience since I enrolled my son in the nursery. The staff are all lovely,open long hours,closed only a few days a year and the prices are reasonable. My son loves going there and he’s made lots of friends.
When looking for a childcare setting for my daughter, I wanted something special and it’s what I got with chestnuts. The staff are incredible and most of all loving towards the children, they have so much to do which is fun but also learning. I couldn’t have picked anything better. When your child says they love going and it’s the best… it shows what a amazing place it is xx
I looked about all over Warsop and Mansfield to find the RIGHT nursery for my boy, either I wasn’t happy or my son wasn’t comfortable. But Chessnuts ticked both our boxes. We met Kyla on first visit and she is so welcoming and took her time to show us around. The children instantly took to my boy and made him laugh, was happy to play with them while I walked around and spoke to all staff members. Answered all my questions. Lovely warm rooms for all ages, and great playgrounds I knew my son would love the road to ride bikes and push along cars. Lisa is my boys key worker and she is amazing always providing information back to me about his day how he is growing in confidence and learning. Hours are very flexible and the staff are always happy to discuss what works for us as a family. Especially as we don’t have grandparents or any extra help. I am very pleased with this child care and would recommend to all.
Fantastic nursery! My daughter has been at Chestnuts since she was 11 months old. There extended opening times accommodate my shift patterns. They use an app so you can track your child's daily activities which provides reassurance throughout the day while at work. The staff are kind and approachable and always know what my child has been up to during the day.
Really appreciate all the support and care they have given to help Robin adjust and thrive in the setting. Robin has special needs and require lots of attention but the staff members have been so kind and caring towards him. An absolute great nursery!
Ellie has not long started at chestnuts but really enjoys coming, So much she asks to come everyday. The staff have been friendly and welcoming. Overall a good experience so far and a happy daughter.

Our daughter has been with chestnuts since being 3 months old and safe to say we never had any worries and were always reassured. She’s always learning new skills and enjoys interacting with her other nursery friends in little tigers. The staff are so friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure our daughter is happy and content. We regularly receive plenty of pictures and are updated throughout the day of her progress. I would highly recommend chestnuts.

My children have been attending g chestnuts childcare for nearly 1 year. One of my children is at the setting full time and enjoys everyday he is there, he has made good relationships with staff and other children. My eldest attends breakfast and after school club and absolutely loves attending and has also made good relationships with staff and children. The setting accommodates to our needs in regards with childcare and we couldn’t see our children being looked after elsewhere. The whole setting is absolutely brilliant and we couldn’t ask for anymore. Definitely recommend!
My little girl loves coming to chestnuts, she has been attending since she was 9months old and is now nearly 2! In this time she can come on leaps and bounds, learning something new everyday. She loves being outside and getting messy which the girls always make sure she gets to do in her days at nursery. The staff are always helpful and would always recommend coming and having a look around or speaking to someone if you are unsure if they could accommodate rota hours, I have a rota base contact and they are very flexible with offering childcare when I need it.
