   Fabulous grotto! I made an error when booking tickets and they went above and beyond to fit us in on another day. So grateful that they did and my children could get to enjoy this! My two children found the experience magical, funny and entertaining. They loved the elf academy and the jokes, being able to interact and join in. It's my 8 yr old's last grotto and you've given us a memorable one to treasure. Happy Xmas to you all!

   Wow, what a beautiful 'Wicked' party for my daughter's 7th birthday. Elphaba and Glinda were incredible and made all of the children feel special. My daughter and her friends have described her 'Wicked' themed party as the "best party ever". We loved every second, from the catwalk, crown crafting and glitter tattoos to the cupcakes, princess/witch Coronation, dancing and amazing singing. So magical from beginning to end. We chose the Golden package and upgraded to have both Glinda and Elphaba attend. Even the adults were star struck when they met them! The entire Emporium was filled with magic and joy. The entire team at Once Upon a Wish Events made us feel very welcome and we were very well looked after. This is our second party with Once Upon a Wish Events and I suspect there may be a third in the not too distant future! xxx

   We booked an entertainer for my daughter’s 5th birthday and they were fantastic! Sadie was absolutely brilliant with the children. I had so much great feedback from the children and parents. Even the venue asked for the company details, they were so impressed. Will definitely be booking future parties, couldn’t recommend them enough!

   We had the best time last night at Pumpkins and Pixie Dust 2025 - the venue was Tonbridge Castle which was unbelievably cool and very fitting. It was the right amount of spooky cuteness and fun. The staff were the nicest people I’ve ever meet at an event - they were so kind and gentle and patient - it was really sweet seeing them interact with the kids. They kids loved making the potions and exploring the castle - even my husband was getting involved with the dancing too. We especially loved that they were able to communicate with us even though we couldn’t speak - even the simple sign language goes such a long way and means so much. Thank you! Highly recommend and would book again and for other events too!

   Absolutely perfect! We hired Once Upon a Wish for our daughter’s 4th birthday and it was the best decision. Cinderella was so impressively like the actual Cinderella - the hair, makeup, costumes are the best I’ve seen! And she was so wonderful with the kids, they all loved her. She was beautiful, kind, timely, fun, professional and all around just such a perfect addition to the day. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

   We had our daughters 6th birthday at the Once Upon a Wish Emporium in Tunbridge wells today. Absolutely incredible. The staff are all amazing and the princesses are so magical. All the children enjoyed themselves…and the adults too!! Such an amazing place to be able to have a party. I cannot praise the staff enough. Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend them to anybody! Perfect.

   I took my daughters to Groombridge place where the once upon a wish events were hosting Halloween spectacular day! It was honestly incredible, there was so much to do and all of the characters were amazing and had so much time for every single child. I would highly recommend them at either an event or to book a birthday party! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, you made two little girls so very happy!!!

   We had my daughters 5th birthday at their venue on Camden Road, it is small which is actually lovely as it’s nice to limit the amount of children and make it more intimate . Tinker Bell was really just incredible! We have just come back from Disney World Florida and I can honestly say Tinkerbell was just as amazing if not even MORE amazing than the original Disney World- she stayed in character the whole time . We feel very lucky to have had her playing the role of Tinkerbell. My daughter is talking to the stars tonight because Tinkerbell said “she will be able to hear her” I mean how magical can you get! Thank you so much to the wonderful TinkerBell xxx
