Great service, on-time, polite, helpful and great communication. We had a return trip booked from Bromsgrove to Worcester train station. Door-to-door, helped with luggage and reasonable price. Plenty of room for a family of 5 and lots of luggage!
Wow just wow To start, contacted Kal for a price after lots of recommendations. Price was reasonable for the area and times of the rides. Upon arrival, Kal was super pleasant, super helpful and just a joy to journey with, chatting like old friends. Upon our return home, he was there, no waiting and again a super joy to travel with. Booking with Kal was quick and easy! He arrived on time on departure day and had booster seats ready for my younger ones. On the return journey, Kal waited at EMA an extra two hours due to our flight being delayed on the runway. Nothing was too much trouble - I would (and will) use Kal again!
I was able to book well in advance Kal provided an excellent service. We were picked up on time and taken almost to the door at the departure area at Birmingham Airport. Kal took the details of our return flight and met us on the car park two minutes after we picked up our luggage.. Excellent friendly service I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again.
