Worst service in Redditch , dont deserve to be in business . The guy answering the phone will loose what customers you have , he has a serious chip on his shoulder and talks to you like your dirt . Disgusting . Avoid .
Bad company, not respected time or not coming after put book, i-am customer almost 2 years in evry week and not respect nothing, be careful with that company!
Been using this company for a long time - prebooked a taxi to collect us from Birmingham and bring us back to Redditch. On the night the driver rang asking us to make a payment via a payment link, we were unable to open the payment link. He refused point blank to come and fetch us, despite us having the cash to pay him. We even offered to ring the office and make the payment over the phone but he refused. Left us in Birmingham at midnight. Will never use them again.
We received absolutely disgraceful customer service over the weekend. Some friends booked us an 8 seater taxi into Moseley with a price quoted, they called to say could they send 2 cars, we said of course these things happen. 2 cars arrive and we are told we have to pay more money, we call the office and get a very rude and unhelpful person who says we either pay the extra or we don’t have the taxis, along with admitting they had double booked the 8 seater and it was at the airport so totally their error but expect us to pay more. The 2 drivers were lovely and it was not their fault at all and they were put in a very awkward position. We use the company regularly including two taxis the past two Friday evenings, will be taking our business elsewhere in future. The friends we were travelling with will also be doing the same so a small oversight will cost quite a bit in the long run. Business must be good if they can afford to lose a group of regular customers.

We had planned to book them for a return from Heathrow this year but this will not be happening now as this company can never be trusted again and has lost a lot of custom from all of us who have used them upto now.

Dreadfull...so unprofessional...we booked an airport drop and pick up...agreed a price. The drop off was fine, we paid the driver, he said he would probably be the driver to pick us up. We rang after we landed for our return journey. The rude guy who answered tried to say we didn't have a booking and didnt take us the week before!! Then he said yes he did take the booking..then said he wanted another £20!!! He was so rude and aggressive and kept changing his story with lies. ...we couldnt believe what was happening...we just wanted to go home in a taxi pre booked. I even rang twice before to confirm our bookings! How can they run a business this way is beyond us! We finally got a reputable taxi firm to bring us home, quicker and cheaper that their inflated last minute price hike! They need reporting. Absolutely discusting poorly run shambles of a taxi company!! And they run under the name 5 stars!!! Hilarious
Spoke the the driver and he questioned straight away if we had the money! We then proceeded tk get in the car after he knew we could pay, when we got to our place of choice he then got aggressive for his payment and he hadn’t even stopped the vehicle! Supposed to be trust worthy with this service but now I will not be using again. I hope this is resolved so other people do not experience this. It is very bad for business. Many thanks Tom
