Never turned up and when I booked it I said I had to get a train and couldn’t be late . I have now missed my train to a really important work meeting They said it wasn’t booked when I only booked the day before then sent a driver 15 minutes late Was too late
Pre-booked a taxi with this company. When it was late arriving we were told it was two minutes away. Obviously a lie as we were still waiting twenty minutes later. Tried to book with another firm, but couldn't get to us in time to get us to our coach pick up in Bromsgrove. Coach driver had to leave after waiting over his time limit for us. No alternative but to drive to Torquay to join our coach tour holiday or lose the holiday altogether. On our return hoped for a plausible explanation from BTC, non coming just sorry for the inconvenience. Some inconvenience, a 300 mile round trip drive. Don't use this company, stick with UBER. They are reliable while BTC certainly are not.
We booked BTC for a return trip for an event and they were great. They were punctual, helpful, courteous and safe. The driver was excellent, communication was very good (the driver gave us his mobile to coordinate collection in a very busy, post event environment). We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will definitely use BTC again. Thank you.

Waited, when the driver arrived refused to take me home because I had food shopping and his boot was full of his own shopping. Then refused to put the bags on the bag seat.
Can't give zero stars or I would have. Avoid. Called at 12.34pm to book at taxi at 10.30pm the same day to take me home from a meal out. Had a confirmation text to say all booked, taxi did not arrive. Called the office repeatedly from 10.45 to 11pm, it rang out each time. A driver called me at 11.07pm, I explained I am a lone female in a pub carpark waiting for a taxi I booked hours ago. He told me to use a different firm and get back to him when I had, he said if I couldn't find one then to let him know and he would come and get me!!! By this time the taxi would have been an hour late! He didn't arrive, I used uber despite having to wait even longer (like gold dust round here). Avoid at all costs. Will never use again.
