Ivy is such a great teacher and her classes are very fun, she caters to everyone beginners and all - I very much recommend these classes!
Love the classes! They are so cheap to attend and are a fantastic work out! Makes it super easy to not feel like you are doing exercise. I've been going over a year now and don't want to stop! Ivy puts on fab masterclasses too which are so fun to attend!
I personally love these classes, iv been going for just over a year now and iv met some amazing women.ivy the instructor is fabulous she has helped us all build confidence as well as fitness, it’s such a fun class and I look forward to going every week
Don't bother. Classes never run. They are always cancelled last minute due to low attendance. Don't waste your time or money pre-paying
