   Called up for a taxi tonight as they are my usual go to for a taxi and have been reliable every time, but not tonight!! I called booked my taxi and was told 5 minutes o said ok thank you. Upon finishing the call I realised I forgot to mention I needed a car with card payment facilities so called back and was asked to hold while they contacted the driver and was cut off so I called back and was told they had attached a note to job an in the meantime I received my confirmation text messages 12 minutes went by and I call back asking about my taxi and was told I wasn't there and driver left. I said hadn't moved from my spot and why would when wanted to get home. Was practically called a liar as he argued that driver turned and wasn't there. I got upset crying as all I wanted to was go home and still wouldn't send me another taxi. I will not be using them again

   Most of the time good , only complaint is their drivers who call to say that they have arrived is an 01218 number which doesn't ring out if you have a SPAM security on your phone. Then they drive off. I've had this happen twice now. Matter needs to be addressed as could lead to loss of business.

   The 2 stars are for the female operating staff only ! Today I booked a taxi at half with the full understanding that it is prayer time and they are spare on drivers , I know this as I have been a taxi operator for many years since I was 15 years old ! I was happy with the 25 minute wait. And to receive the taxi with 15 minutes was brilliant, how ever the driver got continuously lost trying to find my address. And the "help" I received of the male operator was shockingly horrible speaking to a customer with no respect and shouting out me down the phone is not proper telephone etiquette !

   Phoned up twice to ensure the price given was correct as we had 4 pickups and four drop offs....driver overcharged us massively on way out.... And office refused to confirm that they would pick up up as agreed...not a reliable company....not something I would recommend... can't abuse people like that and expect them not to want explanation...they refuse to give one... Useless taxi company don't use.

   This star is for the driver who was very nice, unfortunately the booking system is terrible at best. This isn’t the first time premier has let me down. I booked a taxi around 2pm for a 6pm pick up to take me 1.7 miles to the train station. The taxi arrived at 6.11pm, not the drivers fault, he is given the jobs but if a job is booked in 4 hours prior then a job shouldn’t be given out so close. The taxi driver said we wouldn’t get to the train on time so I am now having to pay to get him to take me to Wolverhampton as we are going to a wedding, so I am out of pocket for the train. I called the control lady up to let her know and she was trying to tell me that we wouldn’t have got to the train station on time even if the taxi had came at 6pm because of the commonwealth games. That is ridiculous, I have done this exact trip in the car this last two evening at the same time with no problem, also she didn’t even apologise. Very unhappy customer again. I will add the driver though was exceptional - it’s the organisation that is not
