Worst service ever. Just download Uber and use them or avoid these at all costs!! Booked a taxi and was told 10mins, I asked if it would get me to my destination for 8pm. I was told yes. Called 10mins later and she said I asked for a taxi to come at 8pm. The woman on the phone was too busy talking to who ever in the back. Got to my destination late and kissed my booking costing me £20. Literally the worst people to get a taxi from.
Completely awful experience, I thought I would ignore the reviews and make my own judgment. Biggest mistake ever, how can I book a taxi and it arrived to then pick up someone completely different and for the driver to tell me he will come back to pick me up. What atrocious service !!!!! Completely shocked !
Woman on the phone was very, very rude. We had booked them twice before and paid same price, this time she decided to up the price. Told obnoxious woman what we paid before again, was told (and i quote:)" you know what try someone else" then she hung up on me. She definitely has no telephone manners, needs training in dealing with customers. I strongly do not recommend this taxi company
TERRIBLE taxi company -really recommend you avoid! Booked a taxi the night before - taxi didn't turn up. Called 3 times over the next 15 mins to stress I was going to miss my v expensive train, only to be told 'I'm on my way'. Ended up missing my train, costing me £60 for a new ticket, and was late to a work meeting in London. People I called we're very rude and unhelpful. I will never be using this company again.
