   Booking the party was very easy and simple to do. Communication after that point was slow where emails I sent were not responded to very quickly. On the day of the party we arrived on time. Two young men were at the venu but neither of them spoke to me or my husband. We were not greeted or welcomed in any way, they simply unlocked the doors and let us in. No effort was made by either staff to engage with the children and they didn't even ask who the birthday boy was. After letting us in they were mostly absent and were not approachable. There was no communication at all. In every other party I have ever paid for and attended as a guest, the hosts were enthusiastic and made a real effort to engage with the birthday child, making them feel special. Unfortunately this was not the experience we had at Legends at all. It was disappointing. When you pay that much for a party you do expect the host to be a lot more involved, enthusiastic and engaging. The venu itself was good. The space was clean and well set up. The choice of games was good and everything worked well in that sense. This was a positive. However, we had to ask for games discs to be loaded. Despite having sent over the games selection as requested prior to the party day, these games were not set up ready and that was disappointing, especially as I had understood it would be ready. We liked how the table was set up in Sprinkles and the food service was good. The food itself was delicious and a hit with the children. But again, there was no engagement with the children or the birthday boy. I had to ask to do the cake whereas I have been used to the host sorting that all out at other parties. To improve the experience I would like to have seen a more dedicated and enthusiastic member of staff whose specific job it would be to greet the guests, welcome everyone and to explain the setup of the party, and maybe even explain the rules and expectations for behaviour before letting the children go off to play. The host would get involved with the children while they are playing, encouraging them and helping them to have fun. The host should also make a fuss of the birthday child. Unfortunately, I would not recommend to others that they have a party here as things are.

   Wow wow wow, we have just had our year 6 leavers party and every child had an amazing time. Mark and the team in legends and sprinkles worked so hard to make sure that all the kids had a memorable time. Rectified an issue we had with an even better alternative. Highly recommend for any occasion, and will spread the word on how amazing the whole team are. Thanks so much again we really appreciate it xxx

   I booked a karaoke party for my daughter, with sprinkles after. when booking I spoke to staff and asked if they do savoury food/snacks that i could purchase while we were there, the member of staff explained that they do have a bar/café area but it was quite limited. i asked if i could bring in some snacks for the girls to eat as it was lunch time, i didn't just want them eating ice cream. the member of staff said it was fine but the food wasn't allowed in the party room but could be put on a table outside the room, as this is something they have done before for other customers. when we arrived, i asked which room were we using and was it ok to put the snacks on the table, which was agreed, i purchased drinks from the bar for the girls and was a bit disappointed that they didn't have diet coke and their tea/coffee machine wasn't working. shortly after the girls went into the room (5 minutes late!) a member of staff informed me that the manager said that food wasn't allowed. i had seen a man walking around who had looked over in our direction previously, i asked the member of staff if that was the manager, to which she said yes. I asked if i could speak with him, so i could explain that it had been agreed prior to our arrival, i also couldn't understand why he didn't deal with it himself instead of leaving it up to a junior staff member. when he finally came out he was clearly agitated, i too wasn't very happy, when i started to talk he spoke over me and asked me to let him speak, he explained that he wanted to speak to his staff first to get a better understanding of the situation, he still seemed to have no knowledge that it had been pre-agreed, he even said that a party hadn't been booked, when i went to speak he spoke over me again to which i replied excuse me, he replied YOUR NOT EXCUSED! (bit rude!). He then began to question his staff in front of me and blamed them, he told me that it wasn't my fault and that it was my service providers and pointed to the two young staff members...the truth is that when he went on his booking system he hadn't seen my booking and when he looked again he realized his mistake!! as my first experience of legends i find the management (or as he informed me THE OWNER) unprofessional , also they didn't get the full hour in the room, more like 45 minuets and i don't think 2 microphones is enough for 10 people....sprinkles was good!

   Charlie and Elouise at the bar were absolutely amazing! They were so professional and accommodated to any issues we experienced. They moved us to a bigger room when there was tech problems with the mics and assured us they will provide the best service which they did! Thank you so much for making my friends 21st the best night ever! 5 stars.

   Booked the shooting simulator for my sons birthday. Arrived 15mins before hand as indicated on my booking confirmation and the staff were still opening up. The "simulator" was far from exciting and the boys got bored quickly. It was shooting games projected on a wall that was situated in the bar area, with lazer guns. No atmosphere as couldnt even hear the noises from the game, just music from the surround sound system. Even though the driving simulator (one seat) is in the same area, they couldnt swap from shooting to driving .Feel was waste of money for them, became bored very quickly .

   Hired a room here for karaoke for 11 people for my sisters birthday. We all arrived on time for our booking but the previous people in the room were 20 mins late leaving so we were left standing around waiting and eating into our time. They then tried to move us to a different room from the one I had booked, which was not what we had wanted or paid for so we said we would wait for the people in our room to finish. Also they charged everyone completely different amounts, some people being charged £9 and some being charged £15 for the exact same thing. We had loads of fun and the room was great and it was a great night out although we were disappointed with how our booking was handled and started the night off negatively. Also the room was absolutely baking hot, they said they had turned the air con on but it must have been at least 30 degrees in there and everyone was dripping with sweat and had to keep leaving the room to cool down. They did give us a free bottle of Prosecco though for all the inconvenience and the staff were friendly. Bar prices were very expensive though
