Me and my girlfriend went here and had an absolute blast. The staff were really nice and welcoming and got us into our room on time. The room was really fun but challenging at times with many tasks to be completed. We completed it in 48 mins. Loved it definitely coming back
We did the Alice in puzzleland escape room, which was quite fun! It was a smaller room, which did get bigger, but it did feel compact for the size of our group (5 people, two adults, three kids). The hints were good though and the staff was nice. I reviewed it on my local blog Life with Jupiter and Dann.
We came for my son's birthday with his 2 younger sisters. We completed Alice in Puzzle land. Everyone had a great time and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our host Dan was great. A little pricey at £125 for a family of 5, but we would definitely go again.
Had an amazing time at Escape Hunt The Wild West room was good fun! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Elliot was an amazing host that made our time more enjoyable!
Great experience. We did the Alice in Puzzleland room and it’s hard. We didn’t complete it unfortunately but got close to the end. Was a bit confused at first as it was our first and second time doing an escape room and the clues aren’t obvious or in any sort of linear order so spent over 5 minutes at the start trying to figure out what we were supposed to do and where to start. Had to ring the bell a few too many times for clues. Probably needed a few more people on the team. Nonetheless, it was good fun and the set and props were really well designed. Would definitely return!!
We turned up as a party of 4, and was met by staff who had NO idea what to do. Then we were told we have to pay another £50 for 2 adults to be present or pay for a member of staff to be present. 2 of the children were autistic and because we didn't have our carers card on us they refused us entry even though we had diagnosis letters photos on our phones. Fern the step in supervisor was so rude and obstinate it was unreal. She then said she was autistic, which I don't really see the relevance of. We asked for a refund to which she said she would ask her manager and get back by the end of tomorrow. So now we're half way through the booked session and we've not even entered yet. We asked to see her supervisor and Fern told us there was none just her. We left and 1 hr later after the session would have finished a confirmation email arrived saying we were booked in. We returned to the reception and asked for the manager and Maggie spoke to us saying she was in charge and everything that had happened was not good enough and she's really sorry. Now...fair play Maggie seemed really good and we were told to email her all the details and she will sort it. So we shall see. But the whole experience for a 10yr old birthday party was shocking. Would not recommend here at all.
What an incredible experience! We were lucky to have the wonderful Felix as our games master — such a brilliant host, kept us on our toes with clues that struck the perfect balance between ‘Poirot’ challenging and ‘making my husband feel smart’ accessible. Have already recommended to several friends. Thank you Felix, we’ll be back — does it defeat the purpose of an escape room if you don’t want to leave?
We did Journey to Atlantis for my husbands birthday and it was honestly amazing! The game masters were an absolute pleasure to have and the escape room itself was a real challenge - hard enough to be fun, but not too too hard for it to be boring. Overall it was a really high quality and fun experience! I'm impressed! I will 100% be back to play the other rooms!
Decided to do Blackbeard's treasure, last minute. We was warmly welcomed by Jamie and shown to our room. Had a fun time and was well looked after. Highly recommend this.
