   We contacted this nursery several months ago to arrange care for our son, all supposedly sorted and paid the registration fee. Fast forward to January, the nursery confirm they only have a record of the first "half" of the booking i.e. 2 days from June. Was supposed to increase to 4 days in September 2025, told this wasn't recorded and they don't have space for 4 days a week until September 2026 leaving us in a scramble to find an alternative nursery at late notice as obviously we're relying on this childcare this year. They refuse to refund the registration fee even though they acknowledged they had issues with their booking system last year. They have suddenly managed to find space for 4 days a week from September 2025, but we've already made arrangements with another nursery as there was "nothing they could do" when I last spoke to them. I understand mistakes happen, but to not refund the registration fee due to their error feels wrong. Especially considering the additional stress we've been through trying to find alternative childcare over the last 2 weeks. I would avoid this nursery.
