   Absolutely shocking Who on earth runs this show ??? Was late to pick me up Car stinks of cigarettes Driver didn’t even know what day it was let alone how to follow a simple sat nav to Birmingham airport.

   Had a hospital appointment, called 45 minutes before as I knew there would be traffic. Told me it's booked in. Called 10 minutes later to be told he was in traffic, then a driver turned up 10 minutes before my appointment for a 15 minute normal ride when I have to be there 10 minutes before my appointment. Thanks to them I'm waiting weeks for a CT scan on a growth on my lung. I've used them for years in the past with no problem but this takes the biscuit. Won't use again now

   Ordered taxi, still waiting an hour later...after 3 chase phone calls, told driver in Great Bridge (but that's where they are based!!), will never use them again...

   Booked airport run there and return in Tipton office. No card facility so had to get and pay cash. No receipt, not even a text confirmation, had to phone before pick up to check booking. On day of pick up @ 3.30am driver phoned to ask where we were as he was waiting outside, trouble was he was at the wrong house!. Thought a house in darkness might have given him a clue!. Dropped us off at point 10mins walk away from airport, not impressed, told us pick up would be at same place. Our return was 1 1/2 hrs delayed but was told they monitor the flight times. On arrival ,turned phone flight mode off to find driver had phoned me 19times and had been waiting for over 1hr because his despatch told him we had landed, we were still somewhere over France!. The driver was very difficult to understand because of a strong Asian accent. (I am not being racist, it would have been the same with a strong French German or Italian accent) Eventually found out the driver was at a different pick up point as the driver had not passed on where to pick us up, so should we have been dropped off near the airport in the first place?. Total confusion, total hassle after a long delayed flight. This company is a joke, completely unprofessional.

   Appalling service, rude operator. Drivers are always late, over priced and try to charge more than the meter. Won’t be using again.

   This company was used by my sister for a pickup from Birmingham Airport. The drivers name was Jamil Karn. He phoned my sister five times before she was able to exit the airport. My sister is 80 years old and did not hear the phone but did contact him when she collected her luggage. The abuse that she was subjected to when he arrived to pick her up was incredible. He accused her of ignoring his calls and called his boss who instructed him to charge another £10 for the inconvenience. My sister had already paid both ways or she would not have paid and instructed him where to go. This driver is obviously a very ignorant person who does need to be avoided. The company County Cars also needs to be avoided if this is the sort of personnel they use. It is very fortunate for him that my sister was on her own with her small daughter. Add I have been with her he would have been reported and taken to task. I would ask everyone not to use this company.

   Finally deleted County cars number. Absolute waste of time. Been let down so many times now using them it's no longer funny. The irony of it is I actually live on the estate that there cars congregate at the top of. Yet you phone them at the end of your night out and they'll listen to you telling them where you need to go and then tell you they haven't got anyone. Avoid
