   Such a good service, punctual, polite and extremely helpful. Returning from a sunny country in December, he called and said to wait in the airport and he would call us when he was two minutes away. We booked to and from airport and the drive there was also pleasent. We would specifically ask for taxi driver number 23 again as the service was 5 star to the airport and on return. A nice way to start and end the holiday.

He was punctual, professional, and the car was spotless. The whole ride was smooth and stress-free.    I’ve used this taxi company a couple of times now and have always had a great experience. The lady on the phone, Simran, is always very helpful and kind, and makes booking so easy. The drivers are friendly, professional, and always make the journey comfortable. The service is reliable and I’ve never had any problems. Highly recommend!

   Today, when I book a taxi through the app, the app shows 13£ on my trip. The driver took £20 for me after I finished the trip. very bad service. I called the office and I have a conversation with them and they didn’t listen to my request and just phone hang up. Very bad service , lairs and scammers

   Disappointed tonight ! Booked a taxi to Birmingham airport on Monday. Could not fault ...arrived on time. Gave details to driver of flight number etc for return today from airport back to home Was not asked to pay.....just to handover return details. Called tonight from airport to check where taxi was and extremely rude man replied ....you refused to pay driver. There is no taxi This is what you get for trying to use a local company, which is on your doorstep in Tipton. We have had to catch trains home. My mother and sister use this company 3/4 times per week each. Not sure they will now ! So think twice before using. Very let down tonight.
