My mom left her handbag in the taxi on new years eve. Contacted them when she realised and the operator said he would ring the driver to see if it had been found. Rang me back 5 minutes later to say the driver had found it and I could collect it the next day from the office, which I did. Would like to thank them for their help.

Excellent service, provided a wheelchair capable taxi to and from Kidderminster. Asif was professional, attentive, helpful and respectful. These types of trips aren't easy but very pleased with level of service and support provided.

Struggled to follow the instructions on his own sat nav missed a turning causing a further journey and extra traffic, making the fair more than it should be. Constantly near missing turns and having to be told, then pulling out on someone on an island and almost causing a crash.

I had a taxi pre-booked from my house to the nearby train station, for a holiday. To begin with the driver got the wrong address and was on the complete opposite side of the street I was on. There was a struggle to communicate and find out where he actually was. He came up a dodgy track, if heβd come the other way wouldβve been avoided, then after lugging a heavy suitcase I see the car doing a U-turn to go back down the track. I followed it and rang up the driver who then went on a rant about how his car had been knocked about and he decided to just drive off. The reason Iβm giving it a 2 and not a 1 is because he did come back and got me to the station on time. But not a nice way to start your holiday.

Can you furnish your drivers with phones to let customers know they've arrived, or get out of the car and knock on the door? This one's just sat blasting his horn over and over. People on this road work night shifts, work from home or just don't need constant horns blasting at 8:30am. Update: Dropping this to one star. The owner response to me below is confused: I did not order one of your taxis. I live on the same road as someone who does, and this same driver AF12 ZWX (3 days in a row now) sounds his horn multiple times each visit. Have your drivers knock on the door, not blast their horns. Second update: Still ongoing around a week later. Same car sounding horn early in the morning. Awful driver. Awful service.

I pre-booked a taxi several hours ahead, taxi didn't turn up at the time specified, called them 5 minutes after it was due to be told its ten minutes away, got a call from the driver 10 minutes later to be told he'd only just been given the job and would be with me in 10 minutes. By which time I'd missed my appointment, and now have to wait another 4 weeks until I can get another one. Thank you triple twenty I will not be using your services again..

I would not recommend this company to anyone. From the moment I got in the taxi, the driver was incredibly rude. All need to avoid this company. I'm a disabled women with a service dog. She assists when I have a seizure coming on. The driver tried to intimidate and bully me. The driver then started to question my service dog, which was completely out of order. I wouldn't use this firm again. Dodgy firm & being taken to court. Not all of their drivers are registered with DMBC. You say your not being taken to court in your reply. Your drivers harness single women & I have registration numbers & details of 2 of your drivers. I've phoned up and complained and it's going to my solicitor. Your driver tonight tried to run me over. Used this firm for years but after my encounter today I will NEVER be using them again! Generally, the drivers are lovely my issue is with the office especially the management. I was first lied to resulting in my booked ride being missed and me needing to make alternative travel arrangements in peak time. After requesting to speak to a manager about the issue I found he didnβt listen to my complaint at all, he proceeded to argue with me, ultimately refused to apologise for something that was clearly their (the companyβs) fault and ended up putting the phone down on me. I have never been spoken to like that especially from a customer facing service. Instead of taking my issue and learning from it as a company I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and disrespected by the management. Your company clearly doesnβt value custom, awful customer service. Itβs a shame how the actions one a few ruin it for the many.
