   The driver was rude from the second he turned up, then took a phone call very loudly whilst we were in the taxi. When we finally got to the house he ignored us when we asked him to turn left to go by the door as we had loads of stuff with us after my daughters birthday party, watched as we struggled to get all the stuff to the front door as well as our 2 children who are under 3. When we said is it £10 he took the money and flicked his hand at us didn’t say a word was extremely rude and won’t be using them again!

   I received a text after my journey saying if there were complaints then I should call. I called to let them know that the driver was fab and drive safely at a sensible speed. They need to add compliments to that text!

   I went to but with how rude they were absolutely will never be using them again asked if they had a black cab free and his reply was depends where from and why I need a black cab explained where from and to and the reason why he said no can’t do that I asked how come? His reply don’t have to explain to you I said well why ask those questions then? He said well the reasons why are because we’re super busy with this going on and that - if he explained that in the first place there wouldn’t have been a problem!!

   I called this service on Tuesday just gone because my boyfriend was drunk and had to take 2 of his cousins back home and the driver kicked them out for half way for no reason. Also when I asked the driver to call me to make sure they're safe, he didn't at the end like he said he did. Such a crao service, I will not use this service again. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME and if you are reading this 5 star, you ought to talk to your drivers about making sure their passengers are home safe, INCLUDING KIDS!!!

   We booked this taxi to go to airport. Nice texts to say driver on way and when outside, not accessible as they say they are. Got out went to book for when we got home driver said we had to pay £36 up front to book return taxi. Wasn't told then when booked taxi to go. So told the driver we would contact office, was told this was correct so we was left stranded at airport so had to panic and book another taxi for when we got home. Also had a text saying the fare was £11.20 cheaper than what we paid. They are not as accessible as they make out. Don't book them go else where. Company reply says I'm biased of course I am as I'm the customer. What got us was the fact we wasn't informed that we had to paid upfront for return trip home and was offices no receipt to prove we had paid. Only reason we wanted them to take us home was we didn't want hassle of finding another firm. If you got a fixed price for a trip my advice would be don't text saying your fare is x amount which is what you did and I have proof of this. As said before don't book them.
