My ride came to 7 pound as see on his phone gave him twenty gave me ten change and he kept the 3 pound I am absolutely disgusted and will not recommend them to anyone
Booked a Taxi on the 3/7/25 for the following Day for 2 pick ups. The Taxi did not turn up. I rang G&B and they said Taxi would be there in 10 mins. No it also did not turn up. Appalling service I would not recommend.
Shocking. Taxi booked in advance for a 6:30pm pick up to take us to a party… called at 6pm to check taxi was running on time, we were told yes… 6:35pm no sign of a taxi, called to be told they didn’t have any cars in the area available. Do not bother to use or recommend
This company is a joke waited an hour and a half for a taxi which they had cancelled themself with out informing me. I had to phone serval times and spoke to some very rude people unfortunately other taxi services were busy these were not. I had my disabled mother with me had to ask a shop for a chair for her to sit down as she can't stand for long. This isn't the first time this has happened I will not be using this service again!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely dreadful. Booked from home address and failed to turn up at appointed time. Needed phone call to them to discover that they would be at least 20 minutes late which would result in missing our train. Needed to quickly make alternative arrangements. Automatic call from them 30 minutes after booked time to say that they were "running late". My advice - use another company.
I booked gold and black taxis to take my husband to Birmingham for an operation. They didn’t turn up. I kept ringing and they kept telling me they were on their way. Absolute rubbish company. They also don’t speak good English. Fancy letting someone down who’s going to have an operation!
Absolutely shocking service. Taxi 45 mIns late although promised it would be here numerous time. Took our money and not turned up. Ruined our first night out because of covid. Absolutely abysmal faxing firm. DONT USE!!!

Booked a taxi 12 hours before needed on a Sunday. Rang twice to chase it up for a 9:30 pm pick up. Hardly rush hour! Still did not arrive. Lots of excuses. Pathetic
Shocking service and lies Taxi booked, arrived over an hour late. No updates apart from constantly saying it’s on route. Then to be told failed collection even though it never turned up. Avoid unless you want to be stood outside waiting.
