Brilliant taxi company. Highly recommended as extremely reliable. Used them for a recent holiday abroad & our driver made sure he arrived in plenty of time to get us to the airport. We booked him for our return journey home which was in the early hours & sure enough, he called me as soon as the plane landed and was o/s waiting for us. Will definitely use this company again.
Absolutely awful experience. An ancient Dudley taxi turned up to pick up 4 of us with lots of luggage. We said we had 5 bags. It had no boot at all. None. Paid 225 pounds. No AC in the car either and the driver was late and had no idea where to go. For 25 pounds more with another company I could have had a normal MPV with boot space to spare. Avoid for airport pick ups at all cost.
