   It's good that customers have a choice. My experience of the telephone call to request a taxi tells me that I will exercise that choice with another taxi company. Curt/disinterested. Your loss.

   Absolutely shocking bad service. Left me 1km from my house after he had a puncture. He had to pull over. I went to help change tire - he had NO spare and even if he did he could not open the boot !! The boot was fixed shut !! The taxi driver radio the office and no taxi could be sent. I phone the Vines taxi main line and the chap was rude to me and said it was ‘tough’ and no one was available for an hour. I ended phoning another taxi company which picked me up straight away. Very Bad company - do not ever use. Happy to speak to any one about my experience.

   What a rip off Charged us £12 for a 3 mile journey. Rang the office and they said that they turn off the meter and charge a set fee. We were not told this when we booked. Would have thought this was against regulations and will check to see if it is. Checked on my Uber account and it's £5.00 but they aren't available here at the moment, sadly. I was told that they ask the drivers how much the tarrif is when I rang to complain?? Grabbed a local Bromsgrove firm for the return journey and it was £4.50.

   We didn't have good experience with them at all, booked a estate to the airport and the driver complained the whole way that we had too many luggage, but they all fit in... So for the return journey we booked a mini bus, the same driver came to pick us up and drove the bus like a race car! I was travelling a 7 month old baby and 82 years old nan, my nan literally felt sick... when we arrived he dumped all the luggage next to the car and saying he got things planned couldn't help with the luggage but I've heard he's calling his wife to make dinner reservation on the way back... Also I have got the cost confirmed while booking over the phone, and the drive tried to charge me £10 more!! Not recommended !!!
