   So we contact them in October 2025 to book the hall for 2 days given the dates for next year, he said the call back in December 25 so we called back in 1 December 25 only to tell me its fully booked. Clearly they only cater for there own people and not others. He didn't bother to respond back to my message. I did tell him we asked way in advance for these dates.

   I wish this was my local hub, even though it's smaller than others. It is mighty terms if the helpfulness of the team, especially the manager Claire. The baby sessions from Peep, Tots n tunes, the baby sensory room, creche and the breastfeeding support group have made a positive impact for me as a first time mum. Even the little things, like having a charger available all help. Highly recommended!

   Receptionist is rude and highly unprofessional lady. Community hub is supposed to guide/help people not to mistreat and show attitude to people. Really disgusting Receptionist I have ever seen in my life

   Convenient to get to, lovely space. As there is limited parking, it is easier to use public transport to get here, the bus stops right outside.

   Nice library, staff very friendly. Also on Wednesday afternoon 1pm till 3pm ladies get together for a chat about anything and a cup of tea or coffee, and it all free do come and join us.

   Lovely place where you can attend baby and toddler group, hire the sensory room for a little fee, meet and interact with other parents, obtain valuable information on various services and also go to the library.
