STEVE RADFORD’S COMPANY SOLD ME A CAR THAT HE HAD NO PROOF WAS ROADWORTHY AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND! Steve’s company luv cars sold me a car, with only around 3 weeks left on its MOT. I then took the car to my local garage to get its MOT done, and it instantly failed with major and dangerous issues with its brakes! I was very angry so I called Steve asking him for a full refund of the car. He refused and said that if I wanted a refund then it would be at a reduced amount for what I bought the car for! And Steve also said that if I wanted to proceed with any form of refund/repair of the car then I had to pay for his garage to pick up the car! I was utterly shocked at his response. Steve gave me no proof that the car was in roadworthy condition at the point of selling the car to me, with no proof of MOT or recent service checks done. It’s worrying that this place put a car up for sale without doing an MOT on it. Steve did offer to do the repairs for free but I didn’t want that and I didn’t trust his company at all. Due to our poor financial situation at the time, we had no choice but to accept the refund at a reduced price, with Steve deducting £250 off the price I bought the car for. This caused an enormous amount of stress upon me and my family. My mom who paid for the car has a part time job so this money was very valuable to us. Steve also thought it was hilarious to send me a random YouTube video of cars racing when I was trying to communicate the matter with him, this came across as very childish. To make things worse, the garage worker called Taylor didn’t even give me the cars log book and told me he discarded it, and told me that if I wanted a log book for the car then I had to pay for one myself. It is very concerning that Steve couldn’t see what he has just done, being sold a car that he had no proof was in roadworthy condition before it was sold to me, then having the audacity to not give me a full refund. Steve also owns a company called Radford Sports cars, I suggest looking at the reviews for this company. Reported Steve to trading standards and I advise anyone with similar experiences to do the exact same thing.

I recently purchased a Toyota Yaris from LuvCars. Steves customer service along side the lads who did the paperwork and viewing with me was a great experience, they made what is usually a stressful and intimidating ordeal nice and easy. They were fully transparent with the history of the car and what they have done to fix and improve it before advertising. They even sorted some bits out before I went and collected it that I wasn't too happy with and kept the car for a week once I put a deposit down with no issues. It's nice to have come across a trust worthy, easy to approach garage. Thank you guys

MOT, AVOID. Don't waste your time here! Scammers work here. Couple days I dropped my car for MOT at 162 Quarry Ln, Birmingham B31 2QJ, told the there is a screw need to be to be tighten up but when I picked up my car I noticed didn't tight up and I phoned back to them why didn't so. Excuse was tension need to be changed but promised to call back with a prices but didn't bother to call me back. THEIR reason is so many parts need to be replaced and it will cost me £749.40 THAT not including the tension. I was disgusted with horrible service. I think of them in my dream how disgusting they are. I don't advice anyone get into traps. I paid £30 for the MOT for nothing AND my MOT FAILED. But I passed with £40 at my old garage. When you drop your car for MOT HERE 162 Quarry Ln, Birmingham B31 2QJ there different test address comes up on the certificate.71 turves green, Northfield B31 4AH, them two place also ripping off people.
